I developed this program over the course of 10 years, working with Holistic Chefs, Naturopathic & Allopathic Physicians, Data Scientists, and other Health and Wellness Coaches.
I take a data focused approach to your health. This program is distinctly unique and 100% customized to your life and goals.
You will
- learn about your bodies current state
- understand what you can & cannot / should not eat/drink
- have all your food prepared for you and delivered ready to eat (over night delivery twice per week)
- have 60 minute coaching sessions every other week
- have monthly 90 minute strategy sessions
- track metabolic measurements with your device or a provided tracking device (wearable)
- have cell phone access to me (text & calls) as needed when challenges arise
- supplements provided
- metabolic testing before and after your program
